Instructions

If you applied to graduate but are unable to register for Commencement Week events, please complete this form. You may be seeing an error message such as "You are not registered with Tassel" or that you are "listed as faculty only." A member of our team will review your status and contact you within 3 business days.

Important: If it has been fewer than 48 hours since you completed the graduation survey, do not complete this form. You must wait the full 48-hours after submitting the graduation survey before attempting to access the registration site.

I am an M.D. or Law School student and exempt from the graduation survey requirement

M.D. and Law School students do not need to complete the graduation survey. Law School students must complete their CORE profile and M.D. students must be cleared to graduate.

Requirement: Apply to Graduate and Complete Survey

Upload a screenshot of your graduation application confirmation.

Your screenshot must show your name and include the curriculum section with your degree, level, college, and major.

Upload a screenshot of your graduation survey confirmation message.

The confirmation message must show your GW email address, your name, and the time and date the survey was completed.
Law School students should upload a screenshot showing that your CORE profile is complete. M.D. students should upload a confirmation that they have been cleared to graduate.
