Winter Grad Fair 2026
The GW Campus store welcomes upcoming graduates for its Winter Grad Fair February 25-27 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. each day. The grad fair provides the chance to acquire all the information and items needed to celebrate this incredible milestone and academic achievement.

Vendors
Representatives from Josten’s will be on site to assist with ordering customized class rings, diploma frames, yearbooks and personalized announcements. Grad Images will also be available to take professional photos. Walk-in portrait sessions are subject to availability, access the GradImages Scheduling Form to schedule your appointment and access information on how to prepare and what to expect. Every student photographed will receive a free 5x7 coupon via email with the photo proofs.
During the Winter Grad Fair, students can:
- Purchase caps and gowns
- Design and order custom graduation announcements
- Order their official GW class ring
- Learn about any final details they need to complete to graduate
- Share your experiences and future plans through the mandatory GW Graduation Survey
The Winter Grad Fair is open to all GW students preparing for Commencement.
