2021 Induction Ceremony

Congratulations to you, inductees of the George Washington University Phi Beta Kappa Class of 2021!

We are so excited to welcome you as the next generation of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. As you may already know, PBK has been around since 1776, and past generations of the society have included towering historical figures from Mark Twain to Booker T. Washington to Sonia Sotomayor. Less than 10% of the graduates of the George Washington University (and less than 1% of Juniors) are awarded this honor.

Many faculty at GW are also members of PBK, and they want to congratulate you all on having received this honor. You can watch what they have to say starting on May 14 at 3PM ET.

Once again, from the bottom of our hearts, congratulations. You have worked hard for this honor, and you deserve it.

If you're interested in learning more about how to get involved in Phi Beta Kappa, we highly recommend you look at the D.C. Area Phi Beta Kappa Association, where you can get connected with other PBK alumni to learn from them, network with them, and continue your intellectual journeys alongside them.

If you won't be living in D.C. after graduation, you can look up the Phi Beta Kappa Association closest to you.
